We all negotiate in one way or another, so why don’t get better at it? In this training we will introduce the participants for strategies, mentalities and behaviors one can encounter when dealing with negotiations. This training includes some very practical and fun negotiations activities that will make sure the participants learn and implements techniques within negotiation skills.

Geir started to develop as a trainer in JCI Norway in 2011 and has since delivered skills development sessions for JCI on European conferences, World Congresses and international academies. He likes to help the participants in his training and skills development sessions to move their boundaries and help them develop to do what they in the first place found to be “impossible”.
