Wake-up Session: Workout Like a Warrior

The session will be 45 min body weight workout, followed by a full body stretch.
There is no equipment needed.
Just bring a towel and a bottle of water.
You might need a chair and matt/towel to use for abdominal exercises on the floor.

JJ. started his fitness adventure in 2013 working as a gym fitness instructor teaching classes. After three years he decided to move into personal training and sport massage therapy and set up his own business.

He dedicates his work to helping his clients achieve their goals and fulfil their dreams. He specialises in body building, losing weight and muscle manipulation.

JJ’s business won a national award from JCI Ireland in 2019 for their outstanding performance in the category of ‘Digital Experience’ for the Friendly Business Awards.eaker.
